Cannot get Professional or Standard Edition to run
|
Situation: |
You have purchased the Professional or Standard Edition of ReWaRD,
but cannot get the program to run as anything other than the Trial
Edition.
This occurs either because you have entered your registration details
incorrectly during installation or you have upgraded your copy of
ReWaRD but not updated your licence information.

Solution: |
Correct your licence information:
- Run the program as the Trial Edition
- Click on Registration... on the program's Help menu
- Enter your company's name and licence number exactly as given
on the program's packaging (usually on a white label stuck on
the back of the blue Geocentrix box supplied with your copy of
ReWaRD)
- Select the Edition that you have purchased (also given on the
program's packaging)
- Enter your company's address (this can be anything, but must
not be left blank)
- Click Register. If any information is wrong, you will be told
so
- Close ReWaRD, by clicking on the Exit command on the program's
File menu
- Re-run the program to check that it no longer starts up as
the Trial Edition
