Do you need to update your licence key (dongle)?

How to determine your licence key's version

  1. Open the Sentinel Admin Control Center
  2. Look for your key (dongle) in the table shown there.
  3. Keys provided by Geocentrix have the Vendor ID 48297.
  4. Look for the key's version under the heading 'Version'.
  5. If you have a Safenet HASP HL USB earlier than v3.21:
    1. Download this firmware update (FirmwareUpdate.exe) to a temporary folder on your PC
    2. Make sure the dongle is attached to your PC
    3. Run the update by double-clicking on it
    4. The key will be updated to v3.21.
  6. Repeat steps 1-4 above to confirm the key has been updated.
