The Graph Paper shows the calculation's key results in graphical format.
At the top left of the panel it displays the calculation that the graph's results refer to. The graph title is written in blue at the top of the panel and explains the two properties being compared. The legend at the bottom of the panel labels the lines on the graph.
When the Graph Paper is visible, the Graph Paper tab is displayed on the Ribbon, which provides buttons relating to the panel.
The commands on the Graph Paper tab are arranged into the following groups: Graph Lines, Graph Settings.
This shows you all the different types of graph you can see from the results of the calculation. When certain graph types aren’t available the relevant buttons are greyed out on the Graph Paper tab.
These buttons let you change which lines are displayed on the graph and edit the graph settings in more detail (see below).
Right-click for more options to select items, view the graph options box, as well as options to print and save the panel.
Left-click the Options button on the Graph Paper tab to open a dialog box which enables you to customize every aspect of the graph. It also allows you to export the graph to another program or print it.
View a different type of graph
Left-click on the desired graph type on the graph paper tab
Show or hide lines on the graph
Left-click on the appropriate tick box in the Legend to hide or show individual lines on the graph
Left-click on the Show All or Show None buttons on the Graph Paper tab to show or hide all the lines
Or... Right-click anywhere in the panel to reveal the context menu and choose Show All or Show None
By default all the available lines will be displayed.
Left-click the Options button on the Graph Paper tab or right-click and select Options from the graph paper's context menu to open the Graph Options box
Select a heading from the tree structure on the left-hand side
Edit the settings you want to change
Export the graph
Left-click the Options button on the Graph Paper tab to open the Graph Options box
Select the Export heading from the tree structure on the left-hand side
Select the desired format of the picture (either Bitmap or Metafile)
Then Either . . .
Select Copy to copy the graph to Windows Clipboard
Left-click the Options button on the Graph Paper tab to open the Graph Options box
Select the Print heading from the tree structure on the left-hand side
Edit the print setup and then press the print button
Or... Right-click anywhere in the panel to reveal the context menu and choose Print
Or... Type Ctrl+P
